Life after treatment: building your aftercare plan

    The first 90 days

The first three months after residential treatment are statistically the highest-risk window for relapse — and the most fertile ground for growth. Structure matters more than motivation.

Your aftercare plan should answer four questions before discharge: where will you live, who will you see clinically, who will you call when it's hard, and what does a healthy week look like.

    Sober living and outpatient care

For many clients, a structured sober living environment combined with our IOP or PHP program offers the right balance of accountability and autonomy as you re-enter daily life.

    The Avedis alumni community

Our alumni team stays in touch — weekly check-ins for the first 90 days, monthly community events, and a 24/7 line for moments that feel shaky. You graduate from treatment. You don't graduate from us.
